My New Tattoo is a cool collection of tattoo-themed embellishments and papers to help you create a page commemorating your very first, or your one-hundred and first, tattoo!
The Inspiration for this Collection:
I wanted a tattoo for a very long time. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to have tattooed on my body until recently. My husband told me the very first love song he remembers hearing was "Running Bear Loves Little White Dove." So, those are our silly nicknames for each other. (Admit it, you have them too! LOL) I finally decided a little white dove would be the perfect tattoo. However, every image I came up with either looked as if it represented "peace" or "religion". Although these are nice concepts, they are not what I intended my dove to represent. But then I thought of a single feather to represent the dove. I decided to color the feather blue and lavender since those were the colors of the stones in my engagement ring and for our wedding. (See the first layout sample above titled "LWD")
