"Outer Banks Memories" digital scrapbook layout by Laura Louie uses:
This is another layout that proves you don't need a lot of supplies to capture your memories! Here I let the photos take center stage by keeping them in the larger spaces. The photos of the grass and sand piper are nice, but not something I would ever scrap as a main photo. These templates let you drop in those "supporting" photos so they can contribute to the page's feel, but you don't make you showcase them! I did use a textured paper from ScrapSimple Paper Templates: Subtle Schmutz. but a nice shot of the sand or water could also be used in that place.
"Autumn Memories" digital scrapbook layout by Laura Louie use:
I really like this layout because it gave me a chance to use a bunch of photos taken on the same day. I liked that they all complemented one another! I thought the photos of Roscoe were the best, so I dropped those shots into larger spaces. But I also had some generic shots of the foliage that I wanted to use. I like adding those shots to small places so I can still enjoy them, but I don't have to make them front and center. I ran out of space, so I chose to add the title on a photo, and just added a little corner embellishment for some dimension in the layout.

In this layout, I wanted to show off multi-colored shots of artwork and art supplies. I tried to pick photos that were similarly colored in the same primary shades. I dropped in a little floral embellishment and used some simple colored papers on those small shapes in the lower left.
"Zoo Day" digital scrapbook layout by Laura Louie uses:
In this layout I also used numerous photos, but this time added an embellishment cluster to the center shape of the page. I typed a quick title using a cute script font, and my layout was completed quickly and easily! Another option I had toyed with was just using one or two photos and filling the rest of my spaces with animal-printed papers!
"My Favorite Things" digital scrapbook layout by Laura Louie use:
This was a fun layout because it gave me an opportunity to use a bunch of random photos that I really liked, but hadn't been able to unite under a theme before! Now many of my favorite things are documented on a page that was fast and easy to layout. I added my usual inked edges and drop shadow to the photos, and then embellished with some small flowers that served as small decorations but didn't interfere with my photos. I liked the star/swirl, so I just added a little outer glow to help it stand out from my photos. A very simple script title completed the layout!
