These tiles are made extra big and for 12 x 12 300 ppi image, I recommend that you scale them up to around 200% for the best look.
Textures are used in conjunction with Paint Shop Pro's Texture Effects option, Photoshop's Texturizer filter, Alien Skin's Splat, or any graphics program that is compatible with the free 8bf Texturizer filter, such as DIP. With textures you pick the color, pattern or gradient to add texture to; the size of the texture imprint; it's depth, lighting, and more. You can apply textures to the whole image, just a layer, or confine it to a selection.
